No gym today but this morning we did a total of 300 push ups,200 dips, up and down a net at least 6 times(aprox.30' ft) around 50 pull ups,sprints,around 100 reps of sit ups and crunches combined and other fun stuff to kill some time.

I have decided that tomorrow Im gonna 1rm all my 3 lifts and adjust my training from there...Hoping to get big numbers Nov 9th at the USAPL Georgia and southern states championships. then i will recheck around july with the new gear. tomorrow I am hoping for 525/425+/515...if I find my titan briefs then im hoping for a 545+ squat/525 DL

After a 24hr shift and almost 4 hours of sleep this is how it went...

Squat:

warm ups

225 x 3
315 x 2
405 x 1

5min break

Wraps,Belt and Centurion Briefs on:

495 x 1
515 x 1
535 x 1

all of them easy, wanted to try 550 but I wanted to check my max using 3 attempts

Bench:

warm ups
135 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 1

Fury on( took some time to jack the sleeves) and 36" Black mambas

375 x 0 (no touch)
405 x 1 (lifted head to touch)
420 x 1

the last one was slow from chest to 3-4 inches then it just jumped!

Once I master the Katana its on!

Deadlift:

warm up
225 x 2
315 x 1
405 x 1

Belt on:

495 x 1
515 x 1 (happy with this for now)
525 x 0 (to the knees and back down...no hitching tonight

I can bring my DL up really fast so Im not even worried about it

last time I did a come back I took my Deadlift from 455 to 605 in about 7 months

almost forgot, weight before starting...212lbs

What Im getting in May... New Titan Signature gold Knee and wrist wraps, A Super Centurion suit,Velocity suit and A Super Katana for training(a new one 8 weeks prior to nov 9th)...Will check my Max in Full gear around July and there will be Videos since My Heavy training starting in April-May will be at Quest Gym

Thanks..now my face looks like a preschooler went crazy with a red fine point marker... capillaries are busted...I think its from fighting the 405 to get it to touch
