Default Back in action for 2013!

I have decided to steer away from a famous forum full of trolls and keep my log only here and at wannabebig.

Squats:

225 x 8
315 x 6
405 x 4
495 x 3 x 2 (belt and wraps)
315 x 8

Rack pulls from knee:

225 x 3
315 x 3
405 x 3
495 x 3
585 x 3

This is my first time squatting this year and I am happy with what I did...forgot how heavy 495 is after not having that weight on my back for about 6 months...

Back at the beggining of Oct i got into the gym full time and my SI joint to me to go to hell...LOL! so I took a break from Squats and full range DL..

Im gonna bring all my training from oct 2012 until now to this thread in a few minutes...
