It was smith machine today or train 4 days in a row. I choose proper recovery for my other lifts every time. I avoid it whenever possible though!

Had a crappy training today.

Squat
warmup
350x2
370x1
275x1

I couldn't even stand to have the barbell on my back. That there says a lot.

Everything was off, balance, foot placement, descent. I blame myself, instead of rest days I'm doing crazy conditioning shit. Couldn't sleep last night, got about 5 hours. I just feel like what a waste, disappointing.

Depth was deep as deep can be, so that was fun.

It was because you use smith machine the other day ... If depth was there then everything is ok ... keep up the good work fen ...
