Good question. I havent deloaded and dont feel a need to, yet. But i did hurt myself a month ago and took it easy for a week. So no official deload is my story.

I found doing the split squats in a power rack, using it to help balance myself before the first rep, to be a great help. Once I was balanced, I could crank out the reps with better form and get more volume.
