Very very strong squatting fen ... turning into a machine ... ?
One silly question ... How do you convert 320*12 into 447*1 (your calculated PR) ... ?
Keep up the great work brother ...

Dang nice squats Fenn. Looked like a fantastic effort. I didn't hardly recognize you with a smooth face. You look 10 years younger and 20 lbs lighter

My 5/3/1 app does a calculation as you track progress.

wt. x reps x .0333 + wt.= ~1RM

Thanks for the comments everyone.

Ravi,

1RM estimation...

Reps...%1RM
1 ... 100
2 ... 95
3 ... 90
4 ... 88
5 ... 86
6 ... 83
7 ... 80
8 ... 78
9 ... 76
10 ... 75
11 ... 72
12 ... 70

Take the weight you can do for a given number of reps, then divide by the percentage for an estimated 1RM.

For example.... Let's say I bench 225x3 (3RM).
Divide 225 by .90.
My estimated bench 1RM is: 250.

Fen's calculator would give me a 1RM of 247.48... about the same.
