So many great tips. Thank you all! On feet placement, should feet be planted flat or just toes pushed into ground/ balls of feet or what?

Check your FED rules first, some require your feet flat so that would limit your foot placement options.
The biggest arch I can achieve for leg setup is on the balls of my feet, experiment with this and see what works best for you. Comfort isn't your gauge here your upper arm getting as close to parallel to the bench is.

I prefer heels planted as I can generate leg drive that way. I also place my feet in a wide stance as I feel I get more stability an dpower that way.

Based on your bad ass pulls of late, I would be willing to consider 390X6 as relatively easy, but as OR said, not easy.
