I'm no expert, but your bench looked pretty solid to me. However, the singer you're listening to has throat cancer.

Great pulling and benching bro. I think you can yield some bigger numbers on bench by getting some more arch, but believe me, I know that takes time. Keep on smashing it Fen!

Press looks solid - make sure at the top of each rep the shoulder blades stay tucked and tights and your shoulders don't become slack at the expense of an inch or so of ROM

I've arched all I can arch. But I'll work on it.

Thanks for the tip, valid point.

I feel like my weak point is at the bottom, I get pain on the side of my arm on heavy presses seems like between tricep and bicep, could be tricep. Brachialas maybe? I also get stuck before lockout. I've been working triceps hard for awhile, and recently been trying to make back stronger. My press numbers are going up, and triceps are getting bigger/ stronger but bench is very slow for me. For sure a work in progress.

Great session Fenn. I don't know anything about benching, so I'll just say nice job, they looked solid.

Bench is all about tightness as I have learned. Nick is right - stay tight and it will reduce your ROM by an inch or so, which is huge. It is hard to learn, and an arch is a big part of it, along with leg drive. Bring alot of air into your upper chest as well.

Good work fen!! Yeah, if your whole body isn't in pain and uncomfortable, you aren't tight enough or have a big enough arch

I'm tweaking my Bench form right now working on gaining more of an arch also changing my leg position.
With your arm length any way you can shorten that rom the more you will press and easier pressing will be on your shoulders.
Ways to shorten ROM;
Arch; use a foam roller positioned so not to interfere with your hips contact with the bench. Also use the roller when your watching tv or doing some stretching ect.
Experiment with leg position try tucking your legs as far back as possible see if this shortens your rom.
Grip width, finding a balance between comfort and max legal grip. With your lever length you should be able to decrease the distance here too.

Things I can't see; Are you bending the bar with your wrists and pulling apart the bar which pulls your shoulders down and retracts your shoulder blades adds tightness across the upper back in general. Work on getting up on your traps the higher the better.
Just like my squat & DL I'm going to drop the weight as needed on bench to accomplish refining my lever efficiency and build up strength base till the motor units develop & adapt to the change in pressing mechanic's.
Finally As squatter stated Big Air is another trick, I do triples in one Breath.
