ME squat
Warmup with 135 155x5 185x5 225x4 275x3 315x2 345x1 360x1x2 365x1 360x0 this is where i dumped it behind me and broke both the sleeves on my barbell.

Several minutes and some Duct tape later 275x3

Front squat
225x3x3
