Wow what a turnout in my log from those squats! I assure you all I have killer ass DOMS right now from it.


Fasted training yesterday.

Bench press

1st set last bench press
160x8/8/8

Lying triceps extension
90x9/6/5

Chins
10 singles sprinkled throughout training.

Training was rough, wine plus little sleep plus morning fasted training is hardly a recipe for success!

Some notes, I got excited to pull 405 for reps, so not happy about 2nd rep I made sure it didn't happen again.
1st set last should be 5-8 reps but triples sounded a lot better.

Very strong pulling session.

I just received "Beyond 5/3/1" and finding a lot of good info.

How are you liking the Joker and First set last sets? I am thinking about adding in the Jokers, but I wanted some of your advice.
