First time doing these. Wow!! Killer stuff.

Pendlay row
225x5x4 feel good about these adding weight next week.

Power shrugs
315x8 405x8 455x8 PR!
Haven't done these in like a year.

One legged hack squat
130x3per leg 90x3per leg 45x4 per leg.
Probably 2 reps at full ROM.. work in progress...
