I like dips, i can do weighted, i just choose to do bbb bench lately and i got nothing for dips. Hard to pick whats best ya know? But that does sound cool what you said. I couldn't do 225x8 either. Maybe I'll just ask Steve what do.

For sure, I would say give it a try if you want, Hit your bench on regular day then just throw in the weighted dips on another day where you're recovered and is opportune for you to get some more good chest work into your week. Same works for another bench day too though, whatever you prefer. The dips were cool to hit chest from another angle, and honestly it's a fun lift to progress on, I got 135x1 once and it felt pretty good lol.

Forgot to say my one year old goblet squatted a 2.5 plate for a PR in my squat rack and then threw it across the basement floor. Beast mode lol.
