You know I really question my Dr. I think its stupid to have to go to a general Dr. just to get referred to an actual sports Dr. who actually knows what's going on. I rested the problem shoulder and that's fine but it actually hurts most when I squat because it really stretches my shoulder putting the bar in low bar position. My training tonight didn't really affect it and I felt nice and strong. I guess I'll know tomorrow if it is sore or not.

Can you take a wider grip on the bar for squats? I know a lot of bigger guys take very wide grips because its rough on the shoulders grabbing the bar narrow. Just a thought, might help you out

I experimented a little tonight with grip widths and lowered the catches for lift off.
seemed to help.
