I want to compete. I really want to get back to a routine where I do singles. I only try to do lots of reps to push that 1rm calculation up. I have lots of room for improvements in my lifts. Hopefully I can exploit them soon.


On a side note I guess I am going to be referred to an endo. Blood tests were pretty low. Its my job causing it. 2 weeks of nightshift and 2 weeks of day shift is really messing up my hormones. I have 0 motivation for anything besides my sons and lifting.

I did lift today. Couldn't do arm anything so I just did random things. Not happy about it.

Front squat
Hack squat
Leg press different feet position for 3x20@180
shrugs
BB glute bridges <as weird as these look they are so beneficial and I want to do them more.
Pretty bad when a glute bridge highlights your workout.
