I don't know why but YouTube is fukn with me on my video. Smh.
Your hips are hanging back a bit. After that bar gets to your knees you need to ram them forward hard. That's your power source. Look at your last rep. Your hips hang back and it's all a lower back pull.

If your deads are going south, good chance you;re going heavy too frequently. PM me if you need more help regarding this.

I think this one tip could be a game changer for me. My attempt to lean back into the lift is just a pussy way of ramming hips forward. My Tuesday session was very taxing so I'm not worried about training volume. Just form!

Also you might benefit from less pulls before your top set, you do 20 pulls before you even get to the top set , but that's 5/3/1.
But beyond that your pulls look good Fen! And as others have said that's the way deads can be. Sh!t the other day 315x 1 might have well been my all time max as heavy as it was, lol. Feel free to ignore me though and hopefully btb will rain some dead wisdom down on ya. Keep working hard big guy!!!

If this realization is over a period of weeks then look into your programming.
Pulling off the floor every week can catch up with you there are alternatives.
However if its just a one session I would just chalk it up to form, off day.
