I have some things to say.
I've wondered why I'm not as strong as I used to be. Well I don't train like I used to. Today was how I trained months ago which is also 2 routines ago. Don't abandon what works when you get bored people. You may think the grass is greener on the other side but sometimes that shit is dead.

Ya, Hack Sled is a killer and you moved some serious plates on it Fen. Well done overall. I agree as well, usually not a good idea to switch routines if it is still providing progression. Adaptation at work!

When I drove home yesterday and got out of the car my teardrop muscles contracted so hard they wouldn't let go for like 10 minutes, it was ridiculous, I was hobbling around in pain. Today legs are just numb. Took some Gluta-tren with pwo shake, hopefully it cuts dowwn the doms I will have tomorrow.

Read about legs locking up, scrolled to last workout and understood completely, and you smashed chest! Love following ur training, ur lifts are so close to mine on all big 4.
