Helluva strong set Fen. Some hyperextending going on for the first few reps and hips raising first costing you some leverage. Just some fine tuning to do.

Stand up straight with chest up, got it.
With my hips raising first, not sure how to fix but I'll try to work on it.

Steve once gave me a good piece of advice wrt hips moving first. Think of the lift as just standing up naturally in one synchronous motion. Practice as often as you can during the day with just your BW. When you practice with just your BW, you will realize that you never raise your hips first.I think it's mainly a matter of repetition to retrain the body.

Awesome. I think from bw practicing just now I am squatting to low and my hammies and glutes are not engaged enough. Furthermore, just looked on starting strength website and mark says hamstrings are not engaged enough if this problem is happening.

I have some things to say.
I've wondered why I'm not as strong as I used to be. Well I don't train like I used to. Today was how I trained months ago which is also 2 routines ago. Don't abandon what works when you get bored people. You may think the grass is greener on the other side but sometimes that shit is dead.
