Strict Press

Narrow grip kneeling cable lat pulldown
100x10x10

Side lateral raises, rear delts on pec dec, and upright cable rows.

Developed tendonitis in my forearm from pullups. Couldn't do but 2. Good news is I finally found a movement I feel can isolate my lats well. After seeing Arnold do it in Pumping Iron I tried it and It works great for me.
