Back and bis several days ago. I don't even remember. Lots of rows.



Deadlift deload yesterday.
4" deficit deadlift
135 x8 225x8 315x1/1/1 405x1/1/1/1
Then put my belt on.
455 x1

Deadlift
405x1/3/1

Played around with some high pulls, and snatch grip deadlifts.


Today shoulder and lats
Strict Press
Top set 120x6/6/6/6/6/10

Neutral grip pullups
37 over 11 sets.
Lateral raises, and rear delt rows.


Getting A.R.T. done on my shoulder again on Tuesday, can't wait! Going to be having regular appointments with this chiropractor to deal with all my lifting boo boos.

Man, that is a huge deficit pull. Good luck with the shoulder, hope everything gets in order there.

I see a chiro regularly once a month to keep my back in top lifting shape - I feel it has been pivotal in my progression..

Gotta love it when you deload deads with 4PPS+ Nice job Chris, and I sure hope and pray your boo boo's get sorted fast.
