Thanks guys.

Saw the neuromuscular therapist and he did amazing, painful things. Gave me lots of range of motion I didn't have, freed up all my frozen together muscles, and gave me rehab advice. As expected I won't be bench pressing for awhile. Instead I will use dumbbells, and work on my lats and external rotators.
Oh yeah, the guy is a super heavy weight bodybuilder and was totally jacked.

That sounds like a damn good outcome. No bench for a bit, yeah, but overall recovery on track.

That sounds good fen ... it is better to not bench for a while rather than not able to bench for long time ... speedy recovery to you brother ... keep rocking ...

I'm on vacation, again.
The fitness room in the hotel had dumbbells up to 50's so I got an awesome shoulder chest delt and trap workout in. Got all swole. Shoulder held up great to the dumbbells. I'm just going to be a bodybuilder now.
