Conventional Deadlift @65%

Bulldog rows
1 plate and a quarter plate 3 sets 8

Rackchins
3 sets 8

All pulls double overhand. Dropped lift on 4th block pul double, hence the 2.5 rep. Finished that set with versa gripps.
No dumbbell so I did bulldog rows. No lat pulldown so rack chins. Session went great, I feel great.

Wise substituting you did there.

Big doubles as well off the blocks. My hands were pretty beat up as well after mine. So much so, I had to use VG's the following week for the 6 inch pulls.

Chest and triceps. Shoulder hurts pretty bad.

Floor press, waaaayyy better on my shoulder than bench press.

DB ohp
3×8@25 these were awful, bad shoulder not using right muscles at all and terrible stability.

Tricep push downs
100 over a drop set from 150-80.

Indeed, I did DB OHP for the first time the other day, and I was a bit all over the place lol. I put on my Romaleo's and belt, and tried to keep as tight as ever, and that worked. Gotta have a solid base on OHP, especially the DB variety.

Floor Press is a great movement - all the boys on the crew do that lift and often.
