I think the cgbp may be to blame as my arm moves around in the shoulder socket a lot whereas the bench press I keep my shoulders back real good.
Calling Dr. Monday to get referred to OrthoNuero. (The same place that fixed my back)
Good session, Fenn! I had a problem with shoulder pain for a while. I ended up eliminating db presses and heavy incline presses and that pretty much took care of it. I do sometimes get a little shoulder pain from cgbp's as well. But, now that you mention it, when I concentrate hard on correct form, I don't seem to have any trouble. I hope you get it straightened out.

Good to see you are not wasting anytime getting this sorted out. I reckoned it hurt the next day because it tightened up?

No it got inflamed pretty quickly. I iced it alot before bed. It hurt throughout the night and the next day, certain movements cause pain.

Strong session fen ... congrats on bench PR buddy ... I think yo should take it a bit easy brother ... Hopefully Dr. will fix it sooner ... Keep smashing the wts. buddy ...

Killer deficit pull, mate. And a nice SS bench PR as well.

I'd say careful with that shoulder, however... but you know that. Hope "OrthoNuero" does the trick.
