Juggernaut intensification phase 10s wave

Squat day

Front squat
Worked up to a 345x1 PR.

Beltless back squat

Work sets
235x5 280x3 325x1 350xamrap
350x10

I wanted more so I did some beltless paused squats.
350x1 365x1 405x1

Powershrug hell
Worked up in sets of 10 to 585x4
Then 1 more Rack pull +4 shrugs

I could've squatted anything today.

Pure awesomeness here fen ... 350*10 is superb squatting at all levels ... your working is compelling me to give another shot to that volume work ... Will try to add some volume work in building sets ... keep up the monstrous work brother ...
