Lots of pressing warmup superset with lat pulldowns

85x5 100x3 100x1 130xamrap 130x10 This means I am on track for gains.

Being a regular on MAB has a being crazy prerequisite.

Since you said I was crazy I ended my squat training with a 405 beltless paused squat.
