Pretty sure I have a shoulder impingement. I base this on no medical knowledge and the Internet. At any rate I am going to try ibuprofen for 10 days and doing the impingement rehab exercises. We shall see!

Strong volume on dem dere lifts! It's a good idea not to push the shoulder. Better to take a little extra time to get it right than to cause a more serious problem.

Heal up. What helped me were a 100 mini band pulls parts a day if you want to give them a go.

I'd actually like to get some bands. My wife can use it to for exercises. You suggest a mini band? Any particular one or just any "mini" band?

The last set left me collapsed on the floor pale and sweaty for forty minutes. It was awful, my mom and sister even came over for dinner and I couldn't even eat with them. Totally embarrassing. I was fighting passing out and throwing up.

But 315 for 30 reps with no belt, a triumphant success! !!!!!!!
