missed some reps so I made them up.


Some lat pulldowns. 3 pullups

Dips x0 hurt shoulder
CGBP x0 hurt shoulder

Cable push downs

Rotator cuff thingy you put behind your neck
8x10/12/12

BTNP
45x20/13/10

Training was all over the place. Shoulder is messed up.
