4" deficit deads
135x10 225x8 315x5 365x3/3 400x2/2/2/2 pretty exhausting!

Deadlifts
315x3 365x4 425x1 doh grip finally failed. Versa gripps on. 425x2/3 455x1

Dimel deads
300x5/5/5
