Came down with a cold but I intend to squat today. Hopefully a Ravi style squat session followed by some Powershrug hell. Ambitious.

Ravi is superhuman.

Started some Powershrug but cold caught up to me so I wrapped it up.

3+pps front squat and 4pps back squat is hench as hell. Mucho respect.

That's some monstrous working fen ... hitting 4 PPS regular squat after 3+ PPS is far far better then what I could have done. I wouldn't have attempted back squat after all those FS ... Now I need to copy your working and see upto what extent I can survive

I thought I noticed some excessive leaning, but I reckon that is likely a recovery issue training heavy squats so soon after the big meet. Something to just be aware of!

Always love how you give 1000% to each lift - and it showed at your last meet.

It was just fatigue from the volume before hand. I really didn't think I'd get 1 at 405 let alone 2.
