Strong rowing Fen! I agree with BtB I wouldn't worry about losing weight trying to get into a certain class. Just show up, lift, and have a good time!

BTW, after last night's bench session, it's my hips of all things that are tight lol. Go figure

Light BP Warmup to a 225. I guess I'll open with this. I'm pretty confident. Check vid.

Light deadlift Warmup to 3 singles at 315. I think I'll open with a 475?

I have no idea what your max is, but that looked reeaal easy for you, Fen. If that's what an opener should be like, then yeah, good choice.

Decided on 2nd and 3rd weights for the lifts?

Pick openers you can hit on any given Sunday. If your questioning an opener then lower it, you want to build momentum going into the next two lifts.

I've done an awful, terrible, 265. Hope for maybe a clean 265 3rd lift or 260 depending on confidence.

Thx. That's why I'm choosing 225 bench. A light weight I can dominate. Looking for PR's on deadlift.

I've never used a real deadlift bar. This should be interesting. Hope I get an extra 10-20 lbs.
