I'm pretty sure this program is impossible to run as programmed. The sample numbers are for a 500lb deadlift max, which I have done, and there is so much volume leading up to the 480 set, both days, there is just no way. Anyway, been eating like a champ, bw 246.

Maybe you'll have to get used to that amount of work before you can build up like that? That looks like it drains the tank quite a bit, I couldn't do a single after all of that.

Props for just attempting it. I think when these guys program, they rarely take into consideration mere mortals might just be attempting the routine. The tendency I think is to program what worked for them thinking it will add 100lbs to anyone's deadlift. Or maybe they assume the lifter will be juicing. I dunno.
