135x10 225x10 320x4 360x4 420x3/3
480x1 I failed on 2. Dropped some weight to attempt to finish
425x3/3/3/3

Bottom half deadlift
300x4 360x4 420x4/2 couldn't finish dropped weight 405x4/1

Top half deadlift
360x4 420x4/4 480x3/3 540x2/2/2/2
These were easy.

Bottom half deadlifts were awesome and hard. Its really apparent I need these in my life. Sad I haven't been doing these for a year. Top set on deads wasn't there at all, I'll chalk it up to recovering from sickness. Followed training with a 1200 calorie shake. If you read this far here is your reward.
Talk about top half weight........

Best Gym Lifts...Dosen't matter....they don't count!

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

Have to admire how you and others like Ravi do these really tough programs. Will you be squatting as well during these 6 weeks or is it just deadlifts?

I don't think my lower back could handle it, but I know you will pass with flying colors and I hope your grade is a 600 lb pull.

The plan is to squat as well. Gotta say I'm destroyed today. If I couldn't get 480x5 sets of 3 I probably wont do it for day B either. So I may modify the weights so I don't break my back.

Jim the work you put in is not any less difficult. Respect.
