Thanks men. Don't even have squat DOMS. Did a quick bench only last night.

Bench press all paused.
135x5 175x3 190x2 200x1 215x1 225x4 paused PR
245x1

Then I did 135 lb. bottom half reps with a pause if that makes sense. Did like 10.
