Thanks bros!

Never put up my bench press training. Had the grand idea to do bench press and tris, and back and bis the next day but I trashed the hell out of my chest and tris and had an uber stressful experience that night and the next morning so I didn't do back and bis.

Yeah, I'm gonna icy hot those suckers soon as I get home from work. They hurt right on the back of my arm in the middle. Thought my chest and delts would be real bad but they have that feels good hurt feel.
