From looking through your log building mass, check building strength, check why question the percentage range?
The heaviest I pulled was 465 before repping 535 so does that mean i use the idea percentage in training? Idk or care, what made the biggest impression was I felt like I could of pulled 585 and was fresh didn't feel like death compared to previously using too high of percentages in day to day training.

It can be beneficial to reflect on your training just be sure you stand far enough back to see the larger picture.

Thanks OMP. Today is squats, repping 350 with no belt. Gonna follow up with some rep work on fronts. Time to get my quads big for that meet!

(Fasted today) I followed this training with about 2000 calories.

I really wanted 10 to match belted PR. I guess I blame not eating for a long time before training, moving to slow, and moving feet around too much.

Gotta be happy with 8 reps @ 350. TUT likely also played a role in the miss on 9 tho. Really impressive work and effort tho.
