Well its enough volume to give slight DOMS but still have good recovery. It really looms over my head that I'm not lifting heavy, but after the main sets I couldn't lift heavy anyway. Looking forward to this week and the next phases, and to be done with this 10s wave.

Thanks for following along! The BBB template is good. Not really a challenge. After doing BBB for 10 cycles I think I prefer a little heavier with slightly less volume. You should try it though.

I need to try powershrug hell! It looks awesome. Great squatting as well, even if they felt heavy that's a good amount of volume.
