I dunno, guess I was stronger on press when I set that PR. Tough to beat. Good thing about next program is continuous progress focused on sets and getting stronger, not 1 set or 1 rep.

My left thumb /wrist area really bothered me tonight, so much so I couldn't squat without strapping my hand to the bar. Squatting went great though. Almost went for a 5th@380 and a 2nd @405. But I got nothing to prove right now.
