Oh my gosh my chest is so sore. The db presses destroyed my chest with the neutral grip. I got the idea from Brandon Lilly you tube q&a. It is meant to replicate a swiss bar and gives you a bigger ROM. If you aren't subscribed to Brandons YouTube go freaking do so because he does daily q&a and it is amazing!
