I hate this week. Maxing out and missing lifts sucks. I do think I can get a bench press PR. We'll see.

A while back just came off GVT (fried me, gvt; deads calls for 10sets of 10reps) was training deads and worked my way up to 495 kept missing not sure how many times total I missed. Bugged me all day at work. Got home trained my son and the bar was still loaded so I approached with complete commitment to the lift (missing wasn't in my mind) first try no warmups it went up smoothly. Don't tell me this sport isn't mental.
I can relate to missing lifts Fen, it bugs me to no end.

That aside your hitting some decent numbers, congrats man!

Jeebus! PRs all over the place. Nice work! And don't worry about that deadlift. I agree with OMP that one day soon it will just come right out of the blue and seem so easy that you wonder it was ever hard at all.
