Unfortunately, his calculator means diddly squat using high rep sets as a basis and for deadlifts in general. All depends if you get that leverage just right. However, ya never know until you try.

Epic deadlifting, mate! And I dunno, I've generally found that calculator to be *fairly* accurate. Not 100%, but close-ish. I reckon you'd be good for at least ~520. Just IMO, etc.

Pretty intense shoulders 'n arms workout too. Nice.

Loved the pic of the rainbows and for this reason - last year I could not see them at all due to my Birdshot. I could not see stars either. I can now!!

Is Powermax a new pre-wo? I have never heard of it. Hard to keep track off what seems like hundreds of pre-wo powders on the market.

Very impressive work all round Chris, especially that brutal superset.

Powermax is relatively new. Ive never seen a double rainbow so it was a nice experience! Everyone in the parking lot was looking at it.
