Indeed, PR's are not required for a great session. My lifting has been all the better since I stopped chasing PR's anyway.

Pulling ia always tougher when any DOMS are present as well. Solid bench work as always!

Nice work get the 8 reps. I know, double digits is always very cool, but will of course come another day.

They really are! My lat's and pec insertions were cramping up while deadlifting.

Wednesday pump day!

Today I did rows of sorts and curls.
Pendlay rows superset with machine rows. X a lot.

Kroc rows in the middle
105x22 new weight so PR.
I used a band to tie 2 five plates on a 95 db.

Finish with curls. Stay tuned for squats on Friday.

For some stupid reason, I think I was tired, on rep 8 I just stopped in the hole. Sapped my strength getting back up.
