I got the ebook a week or so ago and I liked the way it looked. It's way too early for me to need that much periodization, but when I do I want to try it. I'll be watching your log as a preview!

There are a couple of pro football players on our Crew and they said they don't like it at all. Didn't get a chance to ask why, but thought it was interesting.
