Ack! Not very active I suck. I was progressing really great on the press, and the weight just snuck up on me and got heavy. Lowering training max will just put me at the volume I had when I was growing. Also, pressing is giving me bad tricep pain.

Awesome benching Fen, I'm with you on pressing, some days are all right then next time the bar weighs a ton. I came to the conclusion that pressing sucks! and we most probably aren't naturally gifted at it.

Mark Bell talked about in a video. Bench press is the most unnatural lift we do.

Good work Fenn. I agree with your assessment of the press. We usually hit a sweet spot and gains are good, but then we progress past that point and gains dry up. Staying in that sweet spot as far as intensity goes seems to be the correct answer. Possibly staying with a weight a little longer than we think we should.

Deadlift goal of 420x8, might have gotten it but a couple of the reps the bar got too far in front of me and I lost leverage.
Also, I am a yanker now. I really yank the bar to get the slack out and start pulling.
