He is one of my first searches when trying to either work mobility or recovery.
I recommend watching this it will provide some insight into how the recovery/lymphatic system works.
Would love to try this flossing technique.
Usually its just me so I'll use a tennis ball around the whole joint above & below the affected area.

Great work Fen! Noticed you take quite a wide grip with the bar. Any particular reason? Doing so I think would limit your ability to push up on the bar during the concentric. Just curious!

Very astute of you. I took an extra wide grip that session to help with this tricep pain. This low bar squatting is really wreaking havoc on me. I didn't put this in my log but I attempted a 405 single but couldn't unrack because the pain was unbearable in both triceps, on the side of my arm next to my elbow. I flexed my upper back hard the whole session to counteract wide grip.

I really have to admire your gumption to gte the squats done Fen. That is a big reason why your such a great squatter today. Love it.

However, I hope you can get the triceps sorted somehow. I wish you could do high bar. I tried low bar for a set awhile ago and my arms couldn't take it. Mind you, I'm not used to it, but still.
