WRT flossing - I'm no dentist, so I'm not taking a shot at your dental hygiene . Here's a vid on flossing :

There are tons more, but this is just the first one I came across.
I have the x bands and use them regularly on my knees and ankles...the concept can be used pretty much anywhere. The MobilityWOD website has tons of examples and even a vid on how to make your own using the inner part of a bike tire.

I figured its been 3 days since I squatted so I better go squat. Had an awful time with foot placement and awkward ascents. I'll chalk it up to all the recent squat sessions.

Here is how I see it. A lot of people will say high bar is the way, and if you look at elite level it is. But! For the beginner/ intermediate lifter like me lowbar works far more muscle per rep. and is superior for building that strength base to lead in to super heavy high bar squats. So I do some high bar here and there.
