Had to go a day early since my daughter has a meet tomorrow and I'm also going to go squat with Jeff Frank and Stone and Barbell on Saturday instead of my usual Sunday.

3x10 less weight than I care to admit. Desperately need to bring up my tricep endurance

Strong work! I just built up my rep tolerance by doing sets of 15 w short rest and then 10s and so on. Worked well but I was kind of embarassed on how light I had to go on the 15s:-)

Thanks guys. I actually could have hit 315 for 8-10 but I had a goal to hit 345 for 8 and just didn't make it. Seems like my triceps just fail faster than other muscle groups.

Saturday 1/26/13 Cube Squat Week 2

Trained at Stone and Barbell with Jeff Frank and crew. Great time and very appreciative of their help. Always good to get out and learn from others.

Haha I highly doubt that big guy. 600 I used my Rhinos. For the 635 Jeff let me borrow his Titan KLH something's? I liked them alot and will probably pick some up. Alot stiffer wrap.
