Add chains

Work sets add belt

Pause 1 sec mid shin deads

All no belt

Hip thrusts
315x8x3 sets

Narrow GM
315x4x2 sets
All no belt

Planks
3x1 min

Rough one today. Could be from driving all day yesterday or training earlier in the day than I'm used to. Next week starts comp prep!
