Saturday 7/20/13 week 4 Squat

Treadmill and PVC rolling

Third day in a row training so everything was tight. Took longer than usual to warm up. Still a great day at Impact Elite Gym with JP.

Final week of no belt or wraps. This has strengthened everything tremendously. I highly recommend ditching the belt and wraps for everyone at some point in your training

Felt slow at first but each set got better

Still focus on snapping the hips through

Overall a great day again. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't ecstatic at adding a belt back in next week!

Good stuff man. I get a lot out of a belt so I'm looking forward to getting back in it, but this was a good reminder of things that need to be tight regardless
