Wednesday 7/10/13 Week 2 Deadlift

Great night tonight. Everything felt light and fast. Still no belt or supportive gear besides knee sleeves on any sets

Warmup

This was surprisingly easy. My deadlift is going to skyrocket this cycle

SSB Squat w/ 80lbs Chains

Last set was rough but otherwise good work

Suitcase DL
145x10x2 sets each arm

Bent Rows
275x10x3 sets
3 different grips

Box jumps
Just under knee x 10
Just above knee 2x10

Overall a great day. My training part we JP is fighting some neck issues but fought through most of it. Ill be squatting at Stone and Barbell on Saturday

Saturday 7/13/13 week 3 Squat

Trained at Stone and Barbell today. Always good to get down there and be pushed a little bit more.

All work is still no belt or wraps. Knee sleeves only

Squats felt awesome today. Every set was faster than the previous

4" Deficit Straight Leg DL

Miscounted on the 365 set so made up for it on the next one

Front Squats

Last 2 sets were rough but gutted them out. Always helps to have an 820+ squatter telling you you're a puss

GHR
3x10

Bulgarian lunges
3x10 each leg holding a 25 plate

Overall another great training day. Becoming accustomed to the work and plugging through it. Very happy with the speed on squats
