Really frustrated yesterday, sinus was killing me and need to rehab of sorts...went to gym

It was supposed to be squat day, but I'm moving that to Thursday...I think

Anyways..

Swiss bar bench
135x15x4 sets

Swiss bar hammer curls
Bar x15
60x10x2 sets
80x8x2 sets

Band pull downs x100

Arnold raises x 30

Shoulder flyes x 40

Done in about 40mins, was really having a rough day but got a goal I'm mind and nothing will stop me
