Thank you men, i love the Swiss bar its really been a life saver for my joints. I would recommend it to anyone!


This is from yesterday, i had a deadlift technique day...pretty much got my arse handed to me by coach

Warm up x 10
135x5-8
225x3x3 sets
315x3x3 sets
405x3x10 sets...argghhh are you serious, this was mentally tough. 20 sec between each set, enough to rest my form.

Just when you think you know how to do something, you don't...big shout to my coach and teammates
