Ok, for my rep week, my percentage us similar to my speed week. Just not really focused on how fast i move the weight, sorry of lie a demented version of conditioning. For deads out was around 61% of my meet max. Not heavy just hate reps...lol

The only thing that had changed on the board for me is bench. 405 for a clean solid rep, paused. Though I've done more since, should be about 420.

Been freaking deloading this week, had too at the prescription of my teammate...nothing to report here just a bunch of rehab work to help with recovery. Good news... we have a Swiss bar on the way...will post pics when it arrives

Very different feel altogether, but it doesn't bother the shoulder which is a huge plus! The last two grips are perfect, I'm too wide for the middle grip...lmbo just feels awkward.

This the black widow training gear Swiss bar, very fast shipping and very solid feel and welds.

Well this week in the book, rehab, deload...blah blah

Really took some time out to reevaluate form and a ton of foam rolling.

While mentally I have been going thru the ringer, I've not let it keep me from focusing on the weight in front of me. There is something of solace when I'm in the gym, whether helping others or training myself...I am at peace. If it were possible I would stay there all the time, but since its not...I relish every moment intent on maximizing every chance. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers and always BeEpic
